Federally accredited | NABTEB & Federal Ministry of Labour | Port Harcourt centre --:--:-- --

Is this a scam?

The first question every Nigerian rightly asks. Here is the full answer.

Is ServHub Training a scam?

No. And here is exactly how you can confirm that without taking our word for it:

  • Search our company. Visit search.cac.gov.ng and search RC RC 9494742. Our CAC registration will display.
  • Verify our accreditation. Call the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment. Ask if ServHub Technologies Limited holds current accreditation. Ask the same of NABTEB.
  • Visit our centre. 27 Atali Eneka Road, Elimbu, Port Harcourt. Walk in any weekday 9am to 4pm. No appointment. Bring a friend or family member. See for yourself.
  • Check payment safety. Your fees go through Paystack, Nigeria's leading payment processor. We never touch your card details. If anything goes wrong, Paystack has a formal refund process.

The companies that hide are the ones that should be hidden from. We are listed, registered, and openly accessible.

How do I know the certificate is real and not just paper?

Two ways:

  1. Independent verification before you train. Contact NABTEB and the Federal Ministry of Labour directly. Ask if ServHub is an accredited centre. Their answer is the proof.
  2. Independent verification after you graduate. Your certificate is registered with both bodies. Any future employer or embassy can verify it through them.

If a certificate cannot be independently verified, it is not worth the paper. Ours can.

What happens if ServHub closes down or runs away?

Honest question. Honest answer:

  • Your certification, once issued, is registered with NABTEB and the Federal Ministry. It does not depend on us still existing. The federal bodies hold the records.
  • Your payment goes through Paystack. If we fail to deliver, you have grounds for chargeback through their formal process.
  • Our physical centre, our staff, our cohort intake | these are real and visible. A company about to disappear does not invest in classrooms and equipment.
Why are you charging this much? Other places do it cheaper.

Cheaper is often cheaper for a reason. Here is what your fee covers that the ₦20,000 programmes do not:

  • Federal Ministry of Labour and NABTEB accreditation (not free to maintain)
  • Master craftsmen with 15-22 years experience (not unpaid apprentices)
  • Real tools and materials for hands-on training
  • Independent assessment by NABTEB-aligned examiners
  • Internationally-formatted credential documentation
  • Lifetime alumni network access

We know ₦90,000 is significant money. The fee is structured so that one or two well-paying jobs in your trade after the programme will already cover what you paid us.

Payment & Refunds.

How money flows in this programme.

What does the programme cost?

Foundation programme: ₦90,000.
Advanced programme: ₦120,000.

Materials, certification fee, international documentation package, and lifetime alumni access are all included. No hidden extras at any stage.

I do not have the full fee right now. What are my options?

You have three ways to secure your seat:

  • Pay in full through the secure form and your seat is confirmed at once.
  • Lock your seat with a deposit. Pay a deposit now to reserve your place, then clear the balance before training starts. Message us on WhatsApp to set it up.
  • Have a sponsor pay for you. A parent, relative, church or sponsor abroad can pay on your behalf. WhatsApp us and we send a secure payment link they can use from anywhere.
What if I finish and you do not connect me to work?

This is our placement guarantee, and it is the reason the fee is safe to pay.

Finish your training, pass your certification, and we place your verified profile in front of paying employers on the ServHub app. If we do not connect you to work within 3 weeks of your certification, you get a full refund of your training fee.

You are not paying for a hope. You are paying for an outcome, and we carry the risk with you.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in two ways:

  • The placement guarantee: certified but not connected to work within 3 weeks? Full refund of your fee.
  • Before training begins: full refund minus the small Paystack processing charge.

Refunds go back to the same card or account you paid from, usually within 3 to 5 business days.

Is my payment safe? What if I lose money?

Every payment is handled by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor, the highest payment security standard. We do not see your card details at any point.

If you ever feel something is wrong, you can dispute the charge directly through your bank. We cannot block that process even if we wanted to.

The Programme & Courses.

What you actually learn and how it runs.

I have never done this trade before. Can I still join?

Yes. That is exactly who the Foundation level is for. You come in with zero experience and leave with a federally accredited certification in 90 days. About 60% of our students start from zero.

I already work in this trade. Why should I pay for training?

You should not pay for training you do not need. You should pay for certification and the doors it opens.

Working artisans choose ServHub for three reasons:

  • You finally have a federally accredited certificate proving your competence | this opens corporate contracts that street artisans cannot access
  • You unlock the international pathway | your years of experience now count toward visa applications abroad
  • You learn the business side (quoting, client management, scaling) that most artisans never get taught

The Advanced level is built for you. 90 days, ₦120,000, and the credential that changes how the market sees you.

What are the daily training hours?

Standard cohort: Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm at our Port Harcourt centre.

We also run weekend cohorts (Saturdays only) and evening cohorts (Mon-Fri 5pm-8pm) for students who work or run their own businesses. Tell us your schedule constraints during application and we will fit you into the right cohort.

What if I miss classes? Will I be removed?

Life happens. We get it. The rules:

  • You can miss up to 10% of sessions without penalty (about 6 days over the 90).
  • Past that, you make up missed sessions with your master craftsman or your trainer assistant.
  • Persistent absence without communication leads to deferral, not removal. You can rejoin the next cohort.

The only thing that gets you actually removed is dishonesty | falsifying information, cheating in assessment, or disrupting other students.

Where exactly is the training centre?

27 Atali Eneka Road, Elimbu, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

It is a real centre with a workshop, classrooms, and tools. Come and see for yourself any weekday between 9am and 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome. You do not need an appointment.

Do you offer the training in Lagos, Abuja, or other cities?

Right now, our Port Harcourt centre is the only physical centre. We chose Port Harcourt first because it sits at the centre of South-South Nigeria and the demand here was the highest.

For students from outside Port Harcourt, we offer the Hybrid mode: online theory and orientation, with required on-site visits during weeks 4, 8, and 12 for hands-on assessment. Many of our cohort members come from Aba, Owerri, Calabar, and Uyo.

Lagos and Abuja centres are planned for 2027.

Certification & the International Pathway.

The big question | does this actually help me work abroad?

Will I get a visa to Germany or UK after this programme?

We need to be very clear: nobody can promise you a visa. Any training programme that promises a guaranteed visa is lying to you. Visa decisions are made by foreign embassies, not by Nigerian training providers.

What we can honestly tell you:

  • Germany, UK, Netherlands, Poland and Ireland all have skilled-worker visa pathways open to non-EU citizens.
  • These pathways require credible vocational training credentials. Ours qualifies.
  • Your certificate, properly formatted for international credential evaluation, supports your application.
  • Your visa is approved or denied based on your individual application, job offer, language ability, financial position, and the embassy's judgement.

We give you the strongest possible application package. The decision belongs to the embassy.

How long after graduation can I apply abroad?

Immediately. Your certificate is issued by day 90. From day 91 you can begin your application to any of the five pathway countries.

That said, most successful applicants take 6 to 12 months to prepare properly | learning the destination country's language (especially German for Germany), securing a job offer where required, gathering financial proof, getting the credential evaluated by the receiving country's evaluation body.

We support you through this whole process if you choose the international pathway.

I do not want to leave Nigeria. Is this programme still useful?

Absolutely. About half our students never plan to leave Nigeria.

For local students, the value is:

  • Federally accredited certification opens corporate contracts (banks, government, large estates) that uncertified artisans cannot access
  • You can charge premium rates that certified artisans earn
  • You can register as a vendor with major construction and facility management companies
  • You can set up your own training business under our alumni framework

The international pathway is an option, not an obligation. Your certificate works at home or abroad.

Do I need a passport for the programme?

For the training and certification | no. Your NIN is sufficient.

For the international pathway | yes, eventually. You will need a valid Nigerian passport to apply for any visa. If you do not have one yet, start that process early because the Nigerian Immigration Service can take weeks or months.

After the Programme.

What happens once you have the certificate in your hand.

Will ServHub help me find work after graduation?

We do not directly place students into jobs. We do not run an employment agency.

What we do:

  • Connect graduates to our alumni network of working artisans, contractors, and businesses
  • Share job and contract leads as they come to us through partner organisations
  • Recommend you to contractors and businesses who ask us for trained professionals
  • Help you set up your own service business if that is your direction

The work you get depends on the skill you bring, the reputation you build, and the effort you put in. We can introduce you. You have to deliver.

What if I want to start my own business?

The Advanced programme includes a business setup module covering quoting, client management, pricing, CAC registration, opening a business account, and basic marketing.

Foundation graduates can request the business module as an add-on (₦15,000) if they finish and decide to go independent.

Our alumni network includes graduates who have built their own service businesses across Rivers, Lagos, Abuja, and beyond. We connect you to them.

Is there ongoing support after I graduate?

Lifetime alumni network access. WhatsApp group with active alumni. Job leads as they come. Occasional masterclasses on advanced topics. Discounted access to future ServHub courses.

We do not abandon graduates. The alumni network is what makes the certificate keep paying you for years after the training ends.
